Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a pay scale based on the post level, ranging from Level 4 to Level 8 (e.g., Rs. 32800-103600 for Level 8 posts, Rs. 25300-80500 for Level 6 posts). A stipend of 70% in the first year, 80% in the second year, and 90% in the third year of probation will be applicable.
Eligibility Details
Candidates must possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Science/etc.) or ITI or relevant graduation from a recognized university or board. Candidates must also have a valid registration in the MP Employment Office.

Selection Process / Exam Pattern
The exam will consist of a single paper of 200 marks. Section A (100 marks) covers General Knowledge, General Hindi, General English, General Mathematics, General Logical Ability, General Science, and General Computer Knowledge. Section B (100 marks) is based on the technical trade subject.

The syllabus includes general subjects (Hindi, English, Math, Reasoning, Science, Computer, GK) and specific technical subjects related to the post applied for (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, etc.).
