Salary & Benefits

The salary structure varies depending on the post level. For example, Patwari posts carry a pay scale of Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay 2100 (Level 6 equivalent). Other posts carry pay scales ranging from Level 4 (Rs. 19500-62000) up to Level 12 (Rs. 56100-177500). During the probation period, selected candidates will receive a stipend of 70% in the first year, 80% in the second year, and 90% in the third year of the minimum pay scale.

Eligibility Details

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university. For specific posts like Patwari and Data Entry Operator, computer proficiency certificates (such as CPCT, DCA, or equivalent) are mandatory. Candidates must also be registered with the MP Employment Exchange.

Selection Process / Exam Pattern

The examination will be conducted in online computer-based test (CBT) mode. The question paper will consist of 200 multiple-choice questions carrying 1 mark each, with a duration of 3 hours. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

Syllabus

The syllabus is divided into two parts: Part A (100 Marks): General Science, General Hindi, General English, General Mathematics. Part B (100 Marks): General Knowledge & Aptitude, General Computer Knowledge, General Logical Ability, General Management.

1. Scanned copy of recent colored photograph (with white background, name, and date of photo printed on it). 2. Scanned signature. 3. Scanned handwriting sample (self-declaration text). 4. Class 8th, 10th, or 12th mark sheet as proof of date of birth. 5. Caste certificate (for SC/ST/OBC candidates). 6. Disability certificate (if applicable). 7. MP Employment Exchange registration certificate.
