Salary & Benefits
- Sr. Manager (Electrical) - AbsorptionIDA Scale ₹60,000-1,80,000
- Manager (Electrical) - AbsorptionIDA Scale ₹50,000-1,60,000
Selected candidates on Absorption will receive IDA pay scale plus applicable allowances and PRP as per company policy. For Deputation, parent pay and allowances plus Deputation Duty Allowance will apply.
Who Can Apply
Educational Qualification
- Full time Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University (not applicable for Deputation candidates).
Experience Required
- Execution of Infrastructure Projects.
- Preferred: Experience in Railway Electric Traction Projects, General Power Supply Projects, Air Conditioning, Building electrifications, Roads lighting, etc.
Age Limit (as on 4 Dec 2026)
- Sr. Manager (Electrical) on Absorption: Up to 40 years
- Manager (Electrical) on Absorption: Up to 35 years
- On Deputation: Up to 57 years

Selection Stage
- Personal Interview (in-person at Corporate Office of IPRCL or via VC/other location).
- Shortlisting for interview will be done in the ratio of 1:5 based on eligibility and relevant experience.

- Matriculation Certificate (for age proof)
- Certificates and Mark-sheets for educational/professional qualifications
- Work experience certificates stating length and field of experience
- Copy of appointment letter with valid ID card/Current Pay Slip
- Copies of last 5 years APARs/ACRs (not applicable for private sector candidates)
- Latest updated detailed CV
- Photo ID proof and address proof (Passport/Aadhaar/Driving License/PAN/Voter ID)
- No Objection Certificate from current employer (if applicable)
- Audited balance sheet as proof of Sales Turnover (for private sector candidates)

- Attach all self-attested copies of required certificates and documents as specified in the notification.
- Enclose the filled application form and documents in a sealed envelope.
