Manager (Senior): Master's degree in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Economics, Media, or Communications. Professional fundraising certification like CFRE is an advantage. Assistant Manager (Junior): Bachelor's or Master's degree in the same fields with relevant professional experience. Maximum age limit is 50 years as of June 30, 2026, with relaxation for reserved categories.
