Salary & Benefits
The posts carry a pay scale of Level-6 (Rs. 35,400 - 1,12,400/-). Sub-Inspector (GD) in CAPFs and Sub-Inspector (Fire) in CISF are classified as Group 'B' (Non-Gazetted), Non-Ministerial. Sub-Inspector (Executive) in Delhi Police is classified as Group 'C'.
Eligibility Details
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or equivalent. For Sub-Inspector (Fire), a Bachelor's degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, or a 3-year Diploma in relevant engineering fields is required. Male candidates applying for Delhi Police must possess a valid driving license for LMV (Motorcycle and Car).

Selection Process / Exam Pattern
The examination consists of Paper-I, Physical Standard Test (PST)/Physical Endurance Test (PET), Paper-II, and a Detailed Medical Examination (DME). Paper-I consists of 100 objective-type questions (25 questions each in General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge & General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension) for 100 marks with a duration of 1 hour. Paper-II consists of 160 questions for 320 marks with a duration of 1 hour.

Paper-I and Paper-II cover General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension.
Documents Required
Matriculation/Secondary Certificate, Educational Qualification Certificate, Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable), Driving License for LMV (for male candidates opting for Delhi Police), and ID proof.
