Salary & Benefits
Pay scale Rs. 19500 - 62000. Stipend applicable as per MP Govt rules: 70% in 1st year, 80% in 2nd year, and 90% in 3rd year during probation period, plus applicable allowances.
Eligibility Details
Candidates must have passed 10th Class (10+2 system) or Higher Secondary from a recognized board (8th Pass for ST candidates) and must possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License. Only male candidates are eligible.

Selection Process / Exam Pattern
Phase 1: Online Written Exam (MCQ) of 100 marks for 2 hours duration containing 40 marks for General Knowledge & Reasoning, 30 marks for Intellectual Ability & Mental Aptitude, and 30 marks for Science & Simple Arithmetic. No negative marking. Phase 2: Physical Efficiency Test (800m run for max 40 marks, min 30% qualifying) and Trade Test (Qualifying nature).

Written Exam syllabus covers 8th class level General Knowledge, Reasoning, Mental Ability, Basic Science, and Elementary Arithmetic.
