Alternatively, candidates possessing a B.Tech degree in Agriculture Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Food Processing, Food Engineering, Post Harvest Technology, or Food Science are also eligible.

Selection will be based on performance in a Walk-in Interview scheduled for 25th August 2026 at the directorate's premises in Rajgurunagar, Pune.
