The ICAR-Central Institute for Research on Cotton Technology (CIRCOT) is inviting applications for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) on a purely contractual basis. The selected candidate will contribute to advanced research in cotton technology and engineering at the institute's Mumbai headquarters.
Recruitment Details
Salary & Benefits
The selected Junior Research Fellow will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs. 37,000 to Rs. 42,000, plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per prevailing ICAR guidelines.
Eligibility Details
Candidates must possess an M.E/M.Tech degree in any discipline with a 4 or 5-year Bachelor's degree, or a B.E/B.Tech degree in Textile Technology, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, Information Technology, Agricultural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with a valid GATE or JRF qualification. The maximum age limit is 35 years for males and 40 years for females, with relaxation applicable as per Government of India norms.
Selection Process / Exam Pattern
Selection will be based on a walk-in interview. Candidates will be evaluated on their technical knowledge, academic background, and research aptitude during the interview session.
