About This Recruitment

Eligibility Details

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2026): - Minimum: 20 years - Maximum: 30 years - Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1996 and not later than 01.07.2006 (both dates inclusive). Upper age relaxation is applicable as per rules. Educational Qualifications (as on 21.07.2026): - IT Officer (Scale I): 4-year Engineering/Technology Degree in CS/IT/Electronics/etc., or PG Degree in relevant fields, or Graduate with DOEACC 'B' level. - Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I): 4-year Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/etc. - Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I): PG Degree in Hindi with English as a subject, or PG Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi. - Law Officer (Scale I): LLB Degree and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council. - HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I): Graduate and 2 Years Full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/IR/HR/HRD/Social Work/Labour Law. - Marketing Officer (Scale I): Graduate and 2 Years Full-time MMS/MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM with specialization in Marketing.

Selection Process / Exam Pattern

The examination is conducted in two phases: 1. Preliminary Examination: - For IT Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, HR/Personnel Officer, and Marketing Officer: English Language (25 Qs, 25 Marks), Reasoning (25 Qs, 25 Marks), Quantitative Aptitude (25 Qs, 25 Marks), Professional Knowledge (25 Qs, 50 Marks). Total: 100 Qs, 125 Marks, 80 minutes. - For Law Officer and Rajbhasha Adhikari: English Language (25 Qs, 25 Marks), Reasoning (25 Qs, 25 Marks), General Awareness with Special Reference to Banking Industry (25 Qs, 25 Marks), Professional Knowledge (25 Qs, 50 Marks). Total: 100 Qs, 125 Marks, 80 minutes. 2. Main Examination: - For IT Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, HR/Personnel Officer, and Marketing Officer: English Language (30 Qs, 30 Marks), Reasoning (40 Qs, 40 Marks), Quantitative Aptitude (30 Qs, 30 Marks), Professional Knowledge (Objective) (50 Qs, 100 Marks), Descriptive Paper (English) (2 Qs, 25 Marks). Total: 225 Marks, 155 minutes. - For Rajbhasha Adhikari: English Language, Reasoning, General Awareness, Professional Knowledge (Objective & Descriptive). - For Law Officer: English Language, Reasoning, General Awareness, Professional Knowledge (Objective), Descriptive Paper (English). Penalty for Wrong Answers: 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted.

Syllabus

The syllabus covers topics in English Language, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness (with special reference to the banking industry), and Professional Knowledge specific to the respective Specialist Officer scale-I post (IT, Agriculture, Law, Rajbhasha, HR, or Marketing).
